Though we can't give you those prices here because we operate on a dynamic rate structure designed to provide you with the most affordable rate for your needs, we'd love to give you advice about how to get the absolute best rates on the bus with us!
If at all possible, consider booking your bus on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Those are the least expensive days of the week, so you'll be able to spend more at your destinations or on the drinks that you bring on the bus than you would if you were renting on the weekend! If it has to be on a weekend, you have the option of which day, a Friday or a Sunday, will be less expensive than Saturday, which is, of course, our most expensive and most in-demand day of the week. Speaking of being in high demand, we do recommend that you try to book your party bus at least two weeks in advance whenever possible. This ensures that you get the bus that's best for your party and that we aren't completely booked up on that most desirable date! Of course, we do our absolute best to accommodate you even at the very last minute, so if something comes up unexpectedly, give us a call, and we'll see what we can do.
We have special packages for weddings, for example, that will both save you money and give you an entire host of features that we do not share with our regular parties. Some of those features include red carpet service, bottles of champagne, and interior and exterior decorations, as well as a special pricing structure. Be sure to ask about this if you are getting married or if you have another special event coming up that may require similar benefits.
